Try To Be KURUS!!!!

minggu ni bemule la aktiviti tiap petang aku ngn JOGGING.....aku bkn pe, ikot saranan kerajaan..bdn sihat otak cergas..hahahahahaa...actually da lame da aku plan nk jogging ni..but byk sgt kekangan and halangan yg terpakse di tempuhi...cheewaaahhhh...hahahahaa....so bermulenyer smlm, make belaku la plan kami yg da di rencane kn sjak taun lpas..hahahaa...kami lepak kat stadium..pekena 5,6 round(byk jln dr lari)..hehehhee.....start kol 5.30 ptg kami joging..sejam je kuar kn peluh..pastu kami lepak kat skate part...layan extreme game lak..gehehehehe...ape la kami2 ni...umo da 20 but prangai cam kanak2 rebina lak an...peduli la pe owg nk ckp....yg penting kami happy..hehehee...da nk mghrib bru la blek..lapo trus..pas tu trus mkn...naa, camne nk capai target ni??pas jogging trus mkn..hahhahaaa..trok btol prangai dak sukan ni la...hishh..tp aku rase bekesan la aktiviti smlm tu..sbb hri ni rase ringan je bdn....joging td ptg pon rase ringan je bdn....YOYOK an crite aku ni..hahaha..ape la ek...ahh peduli la..ni ade ckit pic time kami at skate park smlm....nk amek pic kat stadium x sempat..hehehe...njoy kay guys!! <3
